Translator’s Notes: Weird song.
* 1 – I read a professional interpretation of this song in Rockin’ On
Japan magazine in which the writer hypothesized that this song was about
libido and that in the line …are wa boku wo shimetsuketa The are meant
the singer’s penis. As he undresses the girl his penis reacting naturally,
gets excited. Thus when it gets big, it gets tight in his pants. I kid you
not.
* 2 – Ultraman and Kamen Rider are some of Japan’s memorable long running
‘sentai’ series. The reason there is a zipper on their backs is because
they are just costumes, cheesy ones at that, that actors wear.
* 3 – naeteshimau has two meanings in this case. It’s like whither as in
my heart whithers, I get weak, I feel disappointed… but in another sense
its closer to I lose my erection. The passion drains out of me. Which fits
with *1.
